Return policy


Rofis guarantees the flashlight from defects in workmanship and materials. We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 5 years. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Rofis product that are found to be defective.


Normal wear and tear is not covered, nor is damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, battery damage, use of incorrect batteries or accessories, or altering these products from their original state.


Parts and accessories for flashlights are not under the 5 year warranty.


If the flashlight should prove defective, the product will be repaired or replaced, under the above terms. Please contact Rofis or your authorized Rofis retailer for warranty return instructions.


Service support:



  1. Using quality battery to prevent flashlight damage due to leaks and other self-destructive battery behaviors.
  2. Batteries should be replaced or recharged when output appears to be dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive.
  3. Replace the O-rings if they are damaged or if they show signs of wear due to frequent use. Regularly add some lubrication to the O-rings to prevent erosion, this will help keep the flashlight properly sealed against water. Clean the electrical contacts periodically, especially if the light flickers or fails to work.
